Rates are indicative. The binding amount is the shipping invoice issued after packing, based on actual weight.
Refunds and disputes
- We can't buy the item
- Full refund, returned through Stripe to your original payment method, typically 3–10 business days.
- You cancel before we ship
- Item price and shipping are refunded. Any part of the service fee already incurred is deducted at cost.
- It arrives damaged or isn't as described
- Tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We pursue the seller or the carrier on your behalf.
- The shipment is lost in transit
- Compensated under the lane's declared-value rules. Without declared value, the carrier's standard terms apply.
How long it takes
Most orders complete within 1–2 months. Items usually reach our warehouse within 3–14 business days after purchase; international transit and customs clearance account for the rest.
