4. Pricing & Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Prices are quoted in USD
- Full payment is required prior to shipment
- Payment must be made by wire transfer unless otherwise agreed
All bank charges, intermediary bank fees, and currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ownership of goods remains with the Company until full payment has been received and cleared.
Payments made on this website appear on your card or account statement as {{STATEMENT_DESCRIPTOR}}. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before disputing it with your bank — we can usually identify the order straight away.
5. Antique, Vintage & Collectible Goods - "AS IS" Sale
Certain goods offered may include antique, vintage, pre-owned, or collectible items.
All such items are sold strictly "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS."
Due to the nature of antique and collectible goods:
- Signs of age, wear, patina, restoration, or imperfections are expected
- Variations in condition are inherent characteristics
- Measurements and descriptions are approximate
The buyer acknowledges that these characteristics do not constitute defects.
6. No Warranty of Age, Attribution, or Authenticity

8. Final Sale Policy

Claims for transit damage must be filed with the carrier or insurer.
10. Export Compliance & Anti-Diversion
The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
The buyer shall not:
- Re-export or transfer goods in violation of U.S. export laws
- Divert goods to embargoed or sanctioned destinations
The Company reserves the right to cancel any transaction that raises compliance concerns.
11. Import Responsibilities
The buyer is solely responsible for:
- Import clearance
- Duties and taxes
- Compliance with local regulations
- Restrictions applicable in the destination country
The Company makes no guarantee that goods will be admissible in any specific jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Delays beyond reasonable control
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods in question.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, trade restrictions, government actions, transportation disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
