1. Corporate & Regulatory Compliance

We maintain our company in good standing in our state of registration and operate in accordance with U.S. federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

2. Export Control Compliance

We comply with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
• Regulations administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce
• Sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
• Applicable U.S. Census Bureau export reporting requirements

We do not engage in transactions involving restricted parties, embargoed destinations, or controlled goods without proper authorization.

3. Electronic Export Information (EEI) Filing

Where required by U.S. law, we submit Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the Automated Export System (AES) in accordance with U.S. Census Bureau regulations.

We ensure that export declarations, shipment values, Schedule B classifications, and related documentation are accurate and complete.

4. Anti-Diversion & Sanctions Compliance

We prohibit the diversion, re-export, or transfer of goods in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

We reserve the right to decline or terminate any transaction that raises compliance or regulatory concerns.

5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

We conduct business only with legitimate counterparties and maintain internal procedures designed to prevent money laundering, fraud, and illicit trade activities.

6. Ethical Business Conduct

We operate with integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all commercial transactions and maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery, corruption, and deceptive practices.

7. Items We Do Not Handle

We source collectibles, antiques, and similar second-hand or specialty goods. We do not purchase, warehouse, or ship the following, and we will decline or cancel any request involving them:

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and their components or replicas that are regulated as weapons
• Controlled substances, narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and unapproved pharmaceuticals
• Tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, and alcohol where import or export is restricted
• Live animals, and products made from endangered or CITES-protected species — including ivory, tortoiseshell, and protected furs
• Human remains and body parts
• Counterfeit goods and items that infringe trademarks or copyright
• Currency, financial instruments, and stored-value cards
• Hazardous materials, including flammable, corrosive, radioactive, and pressurised goods, and loose lithium batteries
• Pornographic material and any content that is illegal in the origin or destination country
• Items subject to sanctions, embargoes, or export licensing that we are not authorised to handle

This list is not exhaustive. Some items are restricted rather than prohibited and may be handled only with the correct documentation or on specific shipping lanes; ask us before submitting a request if you are unsure. Where a payment has already been taken for a request we cannot fulfil, it is refunded in full.
